| With the services provided by MCBI and its affiliated companies, MCBI may be viewed as not a competitor, but as a partner providing a source of qualified and serious sellers (and buyers) as well as educational and mentoring support to prepare the seller for the transaction to come.

MCBI is seeking Business Brokers to join our Broker Network and support the
seller transactions in your area. MCBI's or our other affiliate listing
sources FSBO sellers often request the MCBI Chaperone service and would like
to be assigned a local broker to support their needs. This could be a source
of listings that you could promote to in your area and to your buyer base.
MCBI offers its "Finishing School" services to your clients as well.
At no cost to the Business Broker, MCBI can educate and prepare the seller
for a smoother transaction by creating the necessary due diligence material
that a buyer will require. In addition, MCBI can often provide interested
buyers for your listings.
You may also want to use the Unity
platform to display and manage your listings. For a modest setup fee, you
may utilize all of the features of the online system and show your listing
to the screened and qualified MCBI buyer network.

The MCBI website forms the focus for quality buyers seeking the best sellers that are prepared and groomed for a quick transaction. MCBI attracts buyers based on the quality of the sellers within the Unity network. MCBI provides a Finishing School for the sellers in order to ensure complete documentation that will sustain the most rigorous due diligence by buyers and their trusted advisors. This Finishing School service is available to all Sellers in the network, even those listed by MCBI’s broker network. Seller listings will be offered to those brokers that join the MCBI network thereby providing a source of listings while minimizing the broker marketing effort. |
